Resolved

System contention caused by an errant database query caused PetDesk Dashboard to experience sporadic performance issues and even failed page loads during this time. The query was identified and terminated permitting the system to recover.

Procedures have been updated to mitigate an issue like quicker and a long term fix is being developed. Apologies for the inconvenience.
